We at Clevry are looking for a Fullstack/Backend Developer for our client Varian. The position is full-time with a permanent contract and you will be hired directly for Varian. The start date for this position will be as soon as possible. You can either work at the Helsinki office or remotely from home.
Your main responsibility is to develop new features for Noona. Noona is Varian’s software solution for patient relationships and care navigation management. It’s designed to connect cancer patients with their clinics online throughout the entire cancer journey. Noona is currently used by 10 000+ cancer patients and healthcare professionals from leading oncology centers in USA and Europe.

Responsibilities
- Developing new features to the Noona service backend implemented in Java/Kotlin serving web and app UI
- Troubleshooting and fixing any issues in the Noona service
- Co-operating with stakeholders such as product management, design and QA
- Taking part in developing ways of working and best practices
We expect
- BSc/Msc in Computer Science or related field
- Work experience in backend software development for web and mobile apps
- Skills of backend development in Java/Kotlin including APIs and databases
- Experience in AWS or some other cloud environment
- Communication skills in English
