We are looking for you
We at Clevry are looking for a Solutions Consultant (ITSM and Cloud Service) for our client Good Sign Oy to join their Service Team to guide customers in their service transformation. The position is full-time with a permanent contract and you will be employed directly to Good Sign. Their office is located in Helsinki, but you can work also remotely from home.

As a Solution Consultant, you help customers in their service transformation by designing and implementing robust service monetization solutions. You analyze customers’ (mainly IT service/cloud service providers) opportunities and challenges regarding service pricing and billing. The customers are B2B companies that aim to improve their service pricing and billing process and/or launch new service business models. You are involved in multiple phases of the customer life cycle, from presales via customer onboarding to continuous innovation with the customers. 

We are looking for experience in touchpoint between business, financial processes, and IT systems. You are familiar with core business processes. We hope a passionate person to improve customers’ business capabilities and operational efficiency via intelligent automation. We also expect eagerness to learn the full potential of the Good Sign Software. You may be a seasoned professional, or you are more at the beginning of your career. Especially we value experience from ITSM and Cloud Service business.

Main tasks
  • Analyze customers’ (mainly IT service/cloud service providers) opportunities and challenges regarding service pricing and billing
  • Design data models and processes that enable automated usage-based invoicing
  • Implement business structures and invoicing logic together with technical consultants to Good Sign software
  • Assist customers in taking the solution into use
  • Documenting best practices in ITSM and Cloud billing automation
We expect
  • 2-3 years of work experience in IT service management or managed service provider, either on a vendor or customer side or alternatively in IT consultancy or IT development
  • An educational background in a relevant field
  • Understanding some of the following: Service or operations business, business development, pricing and billing process, Cloud Services or controlling
  • We also appreciate technical skills; SQL skills, ERP, or business intelligence tools will be regarded as benefits
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent English and Finnish language skills, both oral and written
