We at Clevry are looking for a Junior Cybersecurity Specialist for our client Metso Outotec. The position is full-time and permanent via Clevry. You can work either in Espoo or Tampere offices and Metso Outotec provides you with very flexible remote work possibilities. The starting date for this position is as soon as a suitable candidate is found, so apply fast!

In this role, you will provide guidance and support to business and support functions regarding aspects of Cyber Security within the Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance area. You will participate in developing cyber security policies, procedures, and recommendations. You will also ensure that Cyber Security policies and directives are followed and managed as required.

You are a match for this position if you have a development-orientated attitude and good interpersonal skills. We also hope for proactiveness and daring to act and ask if needed. To succeed in this position, you need to have fluent written and spoken English language skills and suitable educational background (for example information technology, cyber security, or law studies). Finnish language is not necessary but is considered an advantage.

You will work closely with Metso Outotec business, HR, legal, and as well other Metso Outotec IT teams. You’ll have an important role in further developing Cyber Security in a global environment and have a great opportunity to be part of interesting development projects broadly and holistically.

Main tasks
  • Supporting and guiding the business at all levels globally about aspects of Cyber and Information Security, Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance
  • Developing continually Metso Outotec’s Information Security Management System and frameworks with your team to ensure that related principles and controls are embedded in action
  • Participating in Cyber and Information Security audit and compliance activities, both internally and with partners
  • Updating and documenting guidelines and providing training sessions to business functions
  • Supporting Cyber and Information Security and Risk Management topics in Merger, Acquisition, and divestments cases with your team
We expect
  • Deep interest in Cyber and Information Security, Risk Management, and Compliance topics
  • Suitable educational background (for example information technology, cyber security, law studies)
  • Good interpersonal skills and passion for learning new and develop yourself
  • Good verbal skills to provide clear instructions and documentation
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Knowledge about security and IT standards are seen as an asset (ISO 27001, ITIL)
