We at Clevry are looking for a Document Controller for our client Metso: Outotec, Espoo. The position is full-time (37,5h per week) with a permanent contract, and you will be employed via Clevry. The start date for this position will be as soon as a suitable candidate has been found. The last date to appy is already 6.3.2023.
As a Document Controller, you will support Filtration Delivery projects in document management. The purpose of Document Control is to ensure that all project document deliveries are tracked and available for project members and stakeholders. Document management means that the lifecycle, access control, coding, distribution, versions, and revisions of documents are controlled. Document Controller supports Delivery and Engineers to achieve project quality and schedule targets. You will work under the supervision of the Project Manager / Lead Engineer (s).

Job duties and responsibilities
- Being aware of Metso: Outotec policy and QHSE standards and making sure that all work is carried out according to those standards
- Working as a member of the core team for a project and assisting the team in successfully executing the project and maintaining an ethical, proficient, and cooperative approach with clients, suppliers, and colleague
- Analyzing document control requirements as specified in the contract
- Creating the project and structure in DMS (Enovia is the PLM application used for the equipment project document management)
We expect
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (production economics, engineering…)
- Some experience in using document management systems
- Preferably at least about two years of relevant work experience
- Fluency in the English language (especially technical terminology)
- Experience/knowledge in Enovia PLM is seen as an advantage
- Ability to prioritize and complete assigned tasks in the time allotted with minimal supervision
