We at Clevry are looking for a Project Manager for our client Keyloop. The position that we are looking to fill is full-time and permanent. You can work at Keyloop's Oulu office or completely remotely in Finland. Starting in this position would be as soon as possible. You will be hired directly to the client company.
The Project Manager is well organized, articulate, detail-orientated and able to work on tight deadlines with an understanding of business operations and able to plan, lead and delegate effectively. You take pride and responsibility and have the drive to make things happen to get the job done.

The main responsibilities are
- Responsible for managing small and large customer facing projects to budget, schedule and quality.
- Forecast, review and manage billing milestones based on defined and agreed deliverables
- Responsible of the customer project from the order to cash (invoicing)
- Working teams across departments and markets, this role demands communications with project sponsors, internal stakeholders, technical specialists and customers.
- Working closely with customers, managing their expectations, and ensuring that the right job is completed and done well and deadlines are met
- Communicating project progress and outcomes internally and most of all to the customer
- Dealing with emerging risks and issues promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary
- Closing projects to enable revenue recognition, and to review lessons learned
This is what we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equal work experience
- Few years experience in project management
- Ability to work with remote teams and on tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop effective working relationships with internal and external project teams.
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
