We at Clevry are looking for an Assistant to our client Fortum. The position is fulltime and 6-month fixed term contract, and you’ll be employed via Clevry. After 6-month period you’ll have an opportunity for an extension. The job is located in Espoo Keilaranta and you will also have a possibility to work hybrid.
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Assistant with a positive "can-do" mindset to support the Fortum Business Technology leadership team members by providing high-quality assistance and administrative support.
Main tasks
- Proactive and professional support such as calendar and correspondence management, travel arrangements, and administrative support including travel and expense claims and purchase orders.
- Arranging and coordinating meetings, divisional events and leadership team meetings, supporting the coordination of agendas and meeting materials, notetaking and following up on action items.
- Support one-to-one communication and event organization
