Your primary responsibilities will be the technical engineer for AI products for computer vision. You will be working cross functionally with our organizations as well as ensuring a positive experience for external customers. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, and have capability in working with embedded systems. You will use your technical knowledge to provide support for AI products in customer systems. Experience with deep learning is a plus, as well as the ability to pick up new technologies and skills.
Work Responsibility:
- The technical engineer on AI products supporting partners and customers work closely with the R&D team to ensure customers are successful in developing their AI systems with the company, answer their questions directly
- Actively establish the technical relationship with our customer’s engineers, management and architects
- Provide onsite support to solve problems in software, and deep learning inference
- Lead the customer support of the product through the design-in phase all the way to product end of life
Work Requirement:
- Deep Learning and/or AI experience
- C/C++ programming skills
- Linux System OS knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
