We at Clevry are looking for a Commercial Manager to our client Wallenius Sol AB. The position is fulltime and permanent contract and you’ll be employed directly to Wallenius Sol. As a commercial manager you will be responsible for maintaining customer relations and identify new opportunities, as a natural part of this you will be working mainly remote, and the job will include travelling. Local office accommodation can be arranged. You will report to main office located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Main tasks
- Act as WALSOL representative in the Nordics towards our customers and industry
- Stay up to date on developments in the region
- Actively seek new opportunities through close contact with customers and industry
- Proactively manage existing relations with customers and industry
- Personnel responsibility for our local office in Helsinki
- Strong drive and ability to develop our business in the region
- Should have a wide personal network and good knowledge about the industry in the Nordics
- Documented experience from sales and business development in the logistics or shipping field
- Leadership and people management skills
- Fluency in Finnish and English, Swedish is an advantage
- A challenging position with wide area of responsibility

Our fleet handles trailers, containers and project cargo and we also specialize in high and heavy cargo that need to be lifted on board. The vessels are loaded southbound with products from for instance the paper industry and the steel industry. Northbound transports include intermediate goods for the industry and other types of cargo. The cargo is loaded on cassettes, as well as SECU and containers.
