  • Acting as a point of contact for course delegates and key client contacts, fielding queries and taking ownership of enquiries

  • Coordinating public and client-tailored courses in remote or face-to-face format, sending out emails, preparing course documents, monitoring progress, liaising with key stakeholder and assisting the wider delivery team to ensure smooth running of courses

  • Marking Test User Training assessment booklet submissions, ensuring they meet BPS standards and feeding back results in a comprehensive written format

  • Ad hoc course support, proofreading, admin as required

  • Assisting with the testing of new platform deployments and their role out to clients in conjunction with the Science and Technology Team

  • Translation projects – uploading and quality checking as our language capability grows

  • Test development – support in the development of existing tests within the Clevry library, as well as the creation of new tests within Clevry’s test portfolio

  • Ad hoc tasks pertaining to smooth running of PS team, client satisfaction and upkeep of our platform and assessments

About you

  • You will have an undergraduate degree in Psychology or related field (e.g. Science, Technology, Mathematics)

  • Comfortable working with numbers and experience with statistical software such as SPSS or Statistica

  • Interest in Psychology and workplace joy would be beneficial as it’s at the core of what we do

  • Experience / interest in working with online systems and technology

  • Experience of working with psychometrics or assessments would be useful but is not essential

Particulars

  • The role is a full-time permanent position with an expected starting salary of £20-£25k

  • You’ll be entitled to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

  • The role is based in our central Brighton office. We offer hybrid working with a minimum of 2 working days based in the office per week, with Tuesday being our office anchor day. This role would therefore not be suitable for someone looking to work remotely full-time.
