We at Clevry are looking for a German speaking Customer Success Specialist for our client Taikala. The position is full-time (37,5h per week) with a permanent contract, and you will be employed via Clevry. The start date for this position is as soon as the suitable candidate is found. Position is located at Espoo, Leppävaara.
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will provide support to customers via e-mail and online meetings (Google Meets) about Taikala’s software product Clubway. In this role your task is to ensure customer satisfaction and solve possible problems. You will advise German customers in their native language, so we hope you to have native level German speaking skills.
Clubway is software designed to support sports clubs with management and administration tasks. Clubway offers club managers a number of key features: access to the member register, sending invoices, coordinating events, communicating via email, text message and mobile app, and an overview of member participation. https://www.clubway.de/

The main responsibilities are
- Providing support to customers via e-mail and online meetings (Google Meets)
- Guiding and training new Clubway users
- Documentation
- Supporting marketing and sales functions
- Native level German speaking skills, fluent English speaking skills
- Some experience in customer service
