What will you be doing?
As a Sales Manager you will be focused on customer acquisition and SaaS sales. You will take care of the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing the deals. The most important part of course is to turning prospects into leads and paying customers. However, you don't have to do this alone. Our devoted Sales Development Representative (SDR) team has your back. Their sole purpose is to provide you with high quality meetings in addition to your own bookings. Your main job is to close deals by steering the interested prospect toward buying with rapport and high-quality service. We have tried to make it as easy as possible for you since everything happens online and pricing is attractive and simple for clients. As our target is to expand globally, your focus will be closing sales in several market areas from Europe to North America and Asia.
As a Sales Manager, you will get to:
- Take responsibility for the entire sales cycle and customer dialogue from prospecting to closing the deals
- Have the primary focus on having client meetings, giving platform demos, negotiating contracts and closing the deals
- Prospect and book your own meetings in addition to the support given by the SDR
- Work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to increase cross-selling between business units and work with the rest of our international sales team to expand our international business
- At least a few years of B2B sales experience with proven track record of success
- Native level English speaking and writing skills, no other language skills are needed but seen as a benefit
- Ability to have strategic discussions with C-level directors and HR of large enterprises
- Self-driven, curious, ambitious and goal-oriented mindset
