We at Clevry are looking for a Junior Privacy Specialist to our client Fortum Oyj in Espoo. The position is fixed-term contract until end of 2022, and you’ll be employed via Clevry. Depending on your situation you’ll have a possibility to work 60-100% working hours.
In this role, you will be working with data protection and information technology. Your tasks include the review of commercial contracts in order to analyze the international transfers of personal data conducted by the suppliers, as part of a project that aims at ensuring compliance of international data transfers. The analysis consists for example of what types of personal data are transferred, what kind of security measures are in use, and what is the risk level of the transfer. You will be working together with a project team, in close cooperation with IT, legal, procurement and information security staff.
Main tasks
- Coordinating the review process of international personal data transfers in support of the Project Manager
- Analyzing supplier contracts in order to ensure the compliance of international personal data transfers
- Evaluating the risk levels of security measures used in international personal data transfers
- Relevant educational background (e.g. economics/IT/legal)
- Understanding of information technology and the GDPR
- Detail-oriented and systematic working style
