We are looking for a Product Specialist
We at Clevry are looking for a Product Specialist for our client iCare Finland Oy for a full-time and permanent position. You can either work from Vantaa, Southern Finland, or Padova, Italy. In addition, iCare will provide you with flexible remote work possibilities. The starting date for this position is as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
As a Product Specialist, you will be working with the iCare ILLUME solution. The Product Specialist at iCare works as an important point of contact for various stakeholders, such as sales, R&D, marketing communications, and technical support. In this position, you will take part in managing the iCare ILLUME solution during its life cycle, and take responsibility for product training, post-sales support, product development planning, and maintaining awareness of customers’ needs and feedback.
In this role, you will have an important duty of helping the iCare solutions product and tech team understand prospective clients' technical requirements and constraints. You will be a key figure in comprehending iCare solution’s technical infrastructure and requirements to support e.g., sales teams and representatives in the EMEA region. Product training as well as presenting and demonstrating the solution at exhibitions and other events will also be a responsibility of yours in this role. You will be an important link between the customer, sales, and product and tech teams to develop and adapt the solution to clients’ needs.

Main tasks
- Understanding iCare solution's technical infrastructure and requirements to support sales teams
- Help the iCare solutions product/tech team understand prospective clients' technical requirements and constraints
- Provide product training for internal staff and sales channels
- Participate in exhibitions and other events to demonstrate the solution
- Collaborate with tech support and the development team on technical customer issues
- Collect customer feedback and take part in product development planning
- Support the sales team with technical presentations and by addressing any technical questions
- Taking part in competitor and market reviews
- Relevant educational background (e.g., a degree in IT, biomedical engineering, electronic engineering, etc.)
- Prior work experience in a customer interface-related position
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Relevant IT skills and ability to resolve IT- and networking issues
- Understanding of data privacy (GDPR)
- Advanced skills in MS Office tools and the ability to adopt new systems quickly
- Result-driven and customer-oriented approach
- Strong self-management skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work across multicultural teams
- Willingness to learn, innovate and bring new ideas to the table
- Willingness to travel the EMEA region for work (approximately 50-80 days per year)
