In this position, you will take an important part in an information transformation project within Amer Sports. You will work with Amer Sports’ IT Transformation Office (ITO) team leaders and members to capture, refine, and maintain the company’s information and knowledge-sharing practices on their tools and repositories. You will be driving the adoption of these tools and their usage in the IT organization and providing user support through training. In addition, you will act as an information specialist for the ITO team helping to develop methods and practices to share knowledge and see this in action.

Main tasks
- Document ITO projects and workflows to provide visibility on overall transformation progress at Amer Sports IT
- Improve the quality of information capturing and sharing with relevant tools for projects, roadmaps, metrics
- Help publish information to stakeholders via the intranet, newsletters and videos, and HR platforms
- Support the ITO team in planning the calendar of activities quarterly
- Minimum of 2 years of IT process or project management experience or knowledge management
- In-depth understanding of documentation practices and familiarity with using project management tools or similar
- Knowledge of project management practices
- Technical systems and software development knowledge
- IT tools usage for documentation and project management
- Strong analytical skills
