Looking for
We at Clevry are looking for a Communications and Engagement Trainee for our client Nokia. The position that we are looking to fill is a part to full-time position with the minimum expectation of 40% per week and 12 months fixed-term employment, starting as soon as possible.

This trainee position is in Nokia’s Chief People Organization (CPO), working in a program we call Hestia. Hestia is an ambitious, multi-year CPO and Digital Office (DO) joint program to transform HR services with a move to Cloud HCM platform. Hestia will transform how we in CPO work and how we deliver value to Nokia. We are simplifying HR processes with an employee-centric approach, automating routine tasks, and improving the quality of our data and analysis. Our aim is to deliver the organizational agility, the intuitive employee experience, and the efficiency gains that will enable Nokia to be even more successful.
 
Organizational Change Management (OCM) is a key enabler for Hestia. We are responsible for the program's OCM strategy, Change Impact, Change Network, Training and Communication & Engagement. We are now looking to reinforce our Hestia OCM team with Communications and Engagement Trainee.

As a Communications and Engagement Trainee you will be a part of the Hestia program. Your tasks include a variety of weekly and monthly communication activities and creating and developing internal communication. You will also create and develop internal materials and channels regarding the project’s communication. You will also be able to contribute to all OCM activities in addition to communication tasks.

We are interested in candidates at the end of Master’s studies in communications or another related field. The candidate is expected to have excellent skills in both written and spoken English. The ability to deal with many different things at the same time and the ability to work independently and proactively is highly desired.
