Tasks and responsibilities
- Establish and maintain dialogue with customers and identify their needs
- Reach out to new and existing customers and ensure continuous follow-up
- Answer e-mails and other inquiries as well as other administrative tasks
- Assist other departments in the organisation when requested
- Speak and write Dutch fluently, and a decent level of English
- Between 1 and 3 years experience from sales and/or service, preferably customer service, telemarketing or retail
- Experience with phone as a work tool is a must
- Familiar within Office programs
- Ability to effectively analyse problems and provide solutions
- Team Player and customer service orientated
- Good at prioritising and focusing on the task at hand
- Product training from internal Research and Development department
- Development of your communication and negotiation skills through coaching and follow-up from one of the experienced Team Leaders
- Opportunity to borrow one of the company's holiday apartments
