In this position you will answer clients’ questions regarding shipments/subscriptions and products. Employment will start as soon as the right person is found. You will be part of an international team of committed customer service consultants, all eager to assist customers in the best possible way. Tasks and responsibilities - Establish and maintain dialogue with customers and identify their needs - Reach out to new and existing customers and ensure continuous follow-up - Answer e-mails and other inquiries as well as other administrative tasks - Assist other departments in the organisation when requested Requirements - Speak and write Dutch fluently, and a decent level of English - Between 1 and 3 years experience from sales and/or service, preferably customer service, telemarketing or retail - Experience with phone as a work tool is a must - Familiar within Office programs Personal qualities - Ability to effectively analyse problems and provide solutions - Team Player and customer service orientated - Good at prioritising and focusing on the task at hand We offer - Product training from internal Research and Development department - Development of your communication and negotiation skills through coaching and follow-up from one of the experienced Team Leaders - Opportunity to borrow one of the company's holiday apartments Apply now!
