We are looking for you
We at Clevry are looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant for our client Good Sign Oy to join their Service Team to guide customers in their service transformation. The position is full-time with a permanent contract and you will be employed directly to Good Sign. Their office is located in Helsinki, but you can work also remotely from home.

As a Solution Consultant, you help customers in their service transformation by designing and implementing robust service monetization solutions. The customers are B2B companies that aim to improve their service pricing and billing process and/or launch new service business models. You are involved in multiple phases of the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales via customer onboarding to continuous innovation with the customers.

We are looking for a conceptual thinker and practical doer to implement world-class service digitalization solutions to B2B customers. You are familiar with data architecture and data modeling work. You have good SQL skills, and you like to use them in problem-solving and developing innovative solutions. Specialty knowledge of SQL databases, ERP, or business intelligence tools will be regarded as a benefit. You may be a seasoned professional, or you are more at the beginning of your career.

Main tasks
  • Analyze customers’ service transformation opportunities and challenges
  • Design service business data models and processes
  • Setup data interfaces and configure the customer solutions to the Good Sign service monetization platform according to company best practices
  • Implement SQL-based pricing, billing, and service orchestration rules and custom reports against solution specifications
  • Contribute to Product Development process e.g. by raising new feature candidates and testing
  • Create solution documentation
We expect
  • 2-3 years of work experience in the relevant field
  • An educational background in a relevant field
  • An understanding of core business processes and information systems in the B2B service business
  • Good SQL skills and you like to use them in problem-solving and developing innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English and Finnish language skills, both oral and written.
