We at Clevry are looking for a Solutions Consultant (Telco Service) for our client Good Sign Oy to join their Service Team to guide customers in their service transformation. The position is full-time with a permanent contract and you will be employed directly to Good Sign. Their office is located in Helsinki, but you can work also remotely from home.
As a Solution Consultant, you help our customers in their service transformation by designing and implementing robust service monetization solutions. Our customers are B2B companies that aim to improve their service pricing and billing process and/or launch new service business models. You are involved in multiple phases of the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales via customer onboarding to continuous innovation with the customers.
We are looking for experience in touchpoint between business, financial processes, and IT systems. You are familiar with core business processes. We hope a passionate person to improve customers’ business capabilities and operational efficiency via intelligent automation. We also expect eagerness to learn the full potential of the Good Sign Software. You may be a seasoned professional, or you are more at the beginning of your career. We especially value experience from telco and/or IoT business.

Main tasks
- Analyze customers’ (mainly Telecom / IoT service providers) opportunities and challenges regarding service provisioning, pricing, and billing
- Support existing customers in implementing new service offerings and monetization models with Good Sign
- Assist customers in taking the solution into use by utilizing best practices for the segment in question
- Being involved in multiple phases of the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales via customer onboarding to continuous innovation with the customers
- 2-3 years of work experience in a customer-facing role, e.g. as a consultant
- An educational background in a relevant field
- Understanding some of the following: Telco business processes, service provisioning or event-based service pricing and billing
- Experience in IT systems such as ERP; SQL skills or business intelligence tools will be regarded as benefits.
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English and Finnish language skills, both oral and written
