Are you a pro-active Excel-wizard (current or future) with a great set of social skills? We are looking for an Junior Data Specialist with a focus on e-commerce for our client, Outokumpu Oyj. This employment is permanent and based in Helsinki with the opportunity to work remotely. The person hired for the job will work under Clevry.
As a Junior Data Specialist you are responsible for transferring information from local sales format to digital format required by Outokumpu’s new eCommerce system landscape: verifying that the business data (e.g. contracts, sales orders, pricing) is valid and then translating it to SAP template data format for the purposes of eCommerce.
You will also participate in developing Outokumpu’s eCommerce roadmap and work closely with Outokumpu business units and sales stakeholders in different European countries. Working together with the testing and development teams to ensure smooth system up-keep is also one of your responsibilities.
Main tasks
- Co-operating with business stakeholders to acquire required data
- Validating business data and transferring data into SAP template data format and loading the data to SAP by running scripts
- E-commerce development and testing front end as part of the team
- Co-operation with the testing and architecture team in relation to system upkeep
Professional experience
- Applicable academic degree or qualification
- Strong skillset in Excel
- Mathematical way of thinking
- Attention to detail and the ability to grasp big data masses
- Basic understanding and some previous experience in working with SAP Sales & Distribution module
- Customer focused mindset and solution orientation
- Proactive problem solver
