We at Clevry are looking for a Data Privacy Specialist for our client Stora Enso. The position that we are looking to fill is full-time and permanent. You will be hired directly to Stora Enso. We are looking for person to primarily work in Finland but other Stora Enso locations in Europe can be considered.
As a Data Privacy Specialist you will be responsible for driving the data privacy compliance in people processes and systems as well as data globally. You are implementing and developing data privacy governance, guidelines & instructions, processes and systems in people processes. You will work in close co-operation with the global HR organization and be a member of the data privacy office. On top of the data privacy responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to participate in different kind of people ethics related practices, processes and projects, if you are interested.
We expect you to have some experience of working with data privacy in international business environment and knowledge in GDPR. If you have been working with people processes that is an asset! Previous experience from planning and implementing processes and coordinating or leading projects in an international setting will enable you to succeed in this role. We expect you to be able to communicate fluently in English – other language skills are an advantage. You have good co-operation skills with pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, and you have the ability to adapt to a changing working environment.

- Implement and develope data privacy governance, guidelines & instructions, processes and systems in people processes
- Build data privacy awareness in global HR
- Ensure data privacy compliance in all global people processes and HR systems

- Experience of working with data privacy in international business environment and knowledge in GDPR
- Experience from planning and implementing processes and coordinating or leading projects in an international setting
- Fluency in both oral and written English
- Good co-operation skills with pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
